Shipping policy

 

All orders are shipped from our location in Prague, Czech Republic. We ship worldwide. If your country is not serviced by FedEx or our shipping partners, we may not be able to fulfil your order.

We use Packeta (Zásilkovna) for shipments within the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and FedEx, UPS, DPD and DHL for all other international destinations.

 

SHIPPING RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

For the Czech Republic and Slovakia, shipping is free.
Shipping is free for international orders for Standard shipping. Express shipping fee is calculated at the checkout. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES:

Czech Republic and Slovakia: 1 to 4 business days
International orders: 2 to 10 business days depending on destination and carrier

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking is also available through your account on our website.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are covered by us.
