REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Marco Monti, we prioritise your satisfaction and strive to provide a premium shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, retail stores, and authorised dealers.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

1. TIMEFRAME:

Products are eligible for return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
After 30 days, we cannot process a return or refund.

2. CONDITION OF ITEMS:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

3. PROOF OF PURCHASE:

A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof is required.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Gift cards, underwear, or items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
Customised, altered, or repaired items are also non-returnable.


2. RETURN PROCESS

1. INITIATING A RETURN:

Online Purchases: Log in, go to "My Orders", select your order, and follow return instructions.

In-Store Purchases: Bring the item and receipt to the original store.

Authorised Retailers: Follow the return policy of the retailer you purchased from.

2. RETURN AUTHORISATION:

After approval, you'll receive return shipping instructions.

Include return authorisation number if provided.

3. PACKAGING YOUR RETURN:

Use original or secure packaging.

Write return details clearly as instructed.

4. SHIPPING COSTS:

If the mistake is ours (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.


In all other cases, the customer pays return shipping (unless stated otherwise).
If your order qualified for free shipping and you return all or part of it for a refund, we deduct the actual delivery cost we paid to ship it from your refund amount. This helps cover unnecessary shipping expenses and keeps our prices as low as possible.

5. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility (unless our error). We will only accept returns shipped by courier services. We cannot accept returns shipped by National Postal Services.


3. REFUNDS

1. INSPECTION AND PROCESSING:

QA team will inspect your return within 3–5 business days after it arrives.

2. METHOD OF REFUND:

Refunds go to the original payment method or as store credit.

3. REFUND TIMELINE:

Processing takes 5–7 business days after approval.

4. PARTIAL REFUNDS:

Damaged or incomplete items may receive partial refunds or be returned to you.


4. EXCHANGES

1. DIRECT EXCHANGE:

Start a return and place a new order.

Refund is issued after we receive the returned item.

2. STORE EXCHANGES:

Exchange in store if the desired item is in stock.

If value differs, pay the difference or get store credit.


5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

1. REPORTING ISSUES:

Contact us at info@marcomonti.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and description.

2. RESOLUTION:

We'll offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

We cover all related shipping costs.


6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

1. CHECK WITH YOUR BANK:

Refunds can take 7–10 business days. Contact your bank or card issuer.

2. CONTACT US:

If you’ve confirmed no refund was received, email us at info@marcomonti.com.


7. GIFT RETURNS

1. PROOF OF GIFT PURCHASE:

Provide a gift receipt or order number to return or exchange.

2. RETURN METHOD:

Usually refunded as store credit.

If returned by the original purchaser, refund goes to them.


8. PROMOTIONAL AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

1. PROMOTIONAL BUNDLES:

If you return part of a bundle, the discount may no longer apply.

You might need to return all items for a full refund.

2. DISCOUNTED ITEMS:

Items on sale can be returned unless marked "Final Sale".


9. FINAL SALE ITEMS

1. DEFINITION:

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.

Includes clearance, customised, or intimate items (like underwear).

2. EXCEPTIONS:

If a Final Sale item is defective or damaged, contact us to resolve it.


10. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

Policy applies from the date it is posted.

2. CHANGES:

We may change this policy anytime without notice.
